• I had to check up one thing and had no access to my computer. I accessed my account on mobile. I was really amazed by the smoothness with which it worked.
• The best thing I liked about Resumonk is that it puts you on the driver seat. That means I could customize my resume just the way I wanted to. There are no writers that would be doing your resume. Instead, you yourself will be working on it.
• There are built-in spell checker embedded within the platform.
• I could even customize the headings, subheadings and main body text separately.
• The cover letter that they helped me write really did a great job during my last interview.
• You can download the finished resume to your local drive in PDF or Word format for further reference.

While I have subscribed to the yearly package of their services, there are two other types of subscription plans available as well.

You can consider enjoying the free plan for as long as you want but the features are going to be limited.

For my case, the subscription costs me $1.6 on a monthly basis and gets renewed on a yearly rhythm.

They have an offer of lifetime subscription at$59 one time charge. Unlike most of the other resume builder services would offer you, this builder has no short term plans for its users.

Things I didn’t like about Resumonk

Apart from its intriguing features and interactive working environment, there are quite a few features that may actually contribute to making it a bad choice.

Though the negatives are very less in comparison to its benefits, negatives are negatives.

• First of all, there are no free trials offered for the first time customers. That means I had to register with an account first to use their services.
• Even though it offers a free plan upon registration, the services are very limited.
• It will not be sending your resume via email.
• Another bad thing I noticed about Resumonk is that they have no downloadable software program – neither for Android, iOS or Windows.
• If you are in search of formats with pre-written phrases, then this is not the option for you.
• Importing the finished file into Excel or text format is not supported.
• In terms of customer support, this service may fall behind in the race from the other competitors in the field. They do not have any Live Chat support or phone number to get in touch with them. I came up with a problem on my resume and the only way I could seek their help was through e-mail. This is quite hectic.
• They even lack a proper community where you can discuss things with other fellow customers.

Overall, it is a great choice. If you want to immediately come up with a properly built resume for one of your interviews, this is the option for you.

At least I turn to Resumonk every time I need to tweak my resume for a new interview call. And you can do so as well.
